We experienced a growing sense of frustration due to the significant dominance of so-called Real Estate "Gurus" within the market. Their overwhelming presence has led to a situation where younger investors and families are facing considerable obstacles in their pursuit of purchasing their first home. Acknowledging the seriousness of this issue and its impact on many aspiring homeowners, we felt compelled to take action and contribute to a solution that could help alleviate these challenges.
